Who Demons Possess      Since a demon has to take control of a person to possess him, a demon certainly can't possess a Christian as long as the Holy Spirit lives in him or her. Acts 2:38, 5:32 and Romans 5:5 refers to the Holy Spirit whom God gives to Christians. There is no evil spirit strong enough to displace the Holy Spirit who lives in the Christian. Innocence doesn't repel these evil beings, but the power of the Spirit of God does.The Bible tells us of children who were possessed, but never of Christians who were possessed.      In general, who do demons possess? They possess: 1. Children- Mark 7:25-26, Luke 9:42. 2. Men- Luke 8:27-28. 3. Women- Mark 16:9. 4. Animals- Matthew 8:31.
